There are thousands of low fat, whole food, vegan recipes available on line and in published books. Here are just a few links to help you get started.

This Foodie and Friends web site will regularly select from a variety of sources, do a nutritional analysis and actually demonstrate how to cook and perhaps modify recipes to make them healthy as well as delicious.
